Review, Export & Billing
After generating assets, review them before using them in a final campaign. Studio separates generation success from creative approval: a technically successful output still needs human review.
Review Outputs
- Open the project or campaign asset list.
- Preview each asset at a useful size.
- Check brand fit: logo, palette, typography, photo treatment, tone, and copy.
- Check platform fit: dimensions, safe zones, captions, and CTA placement.
- Check content safety: no prompt text, internal labels, IDs, source paths, or renderer metadata are visible.
- Approve assets that are ready for campaign use.
- Regenerate or refine assets that are not ready.
Review Inbox
The Review Inbox is the customer-facing place to approve generated campaign assets or request changes before export. Choose a campaign, then filter assets by Pending, Approved, Changes, or All.
- Use the preview card to inspect the image, vector, video, or audio output.
- Add a short review note when the asset needs changes.
- Click Approve when the asset is ready for campaign export.
- Click Request changes to send the asset back with a clear note.
- Use Open project when you need to regenerate or inspect the source project.
Campaign Production
The campaign production area organizes deliverables and approved campaign outputs. Depending on the campaign state, you may see:
- Production deliverables.
- Batch queue items.
- Approved asset lists.
- Publishing drafts.
- Production exports.
- Nextcloud or package handoff actions where configured.
Export And Download
Exports turn selected project or campaign assets into downloadable proof bundles or production packages.
- Project asset download: download one asset from a project.
- Project assets bundle: download a bundle of project assets.
- Campaign assets bundle: download campaign-level assets.
- Production export: create a campaign production export where available.
- CSV export: export project/job records where the page exposes CSV actions.
Social Publishing
Open Social Publishing from the Studio navigation to prepare posting accounts, posts, drafts, schedules, and delivery status. Postiz remains hidden as the scheduling backend; the user-facing workflow is Secant Studio publishing.
- Select the campaign to publish from.
- Add or select the social account, including platform, display name, and handle. Supported account types include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube.
- Use Add AI post content or Generate hashtags when you want Studio to draft editable social text from the campaign context.
- Review the visible estimated credit charge before running billable AI content, hashtag, or draft creation actions.
- Review or edit the caption, hashtags, CTA, and optional scheduled time before creating a draft.
- Create the publishing draft.
- Use the scheduled post calendar to switch between Day, Week, and Month views.
- Click a scheduled post in the calendar or agenda to edit its posting account, channel, caption, hashtags, CTA, or scheduled time. The edit modal can also generate revised AI post content and hashtags.
- Approve, schedule, publish, cancel, retry, or sync the post from the queue.
- Review delivery state after the action completes.
Billing And Credits
Billing is visible to Agency Admins. It shows plan, billing status, credits, ledger entries, and checkout/customer portal actions when Stripe is configured.
| Billing item | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Plan | The active account plan or trial state. |
| Credits | The account's current generation balance. Some internal roles may show unlimited credits. |
| Estimated generation cost | The approximate credit cost for a generation. |
| Ledger | Recent balance changes, usage, and blocked entries. |
| Checkout | Starts Stripe Checkout for a selected plan where available. |
| Customer portal | Opens Stripe's customer portal where available. |
Starter is a free limited trial and does not auto-bill. Growth is $299/month, includes 600 monthly credits and 2 seats, supports up to 5 seats, and bills seats 3-5 at $25/seat/month through Stripe Checkout.
One credit equals $0.10 of included usage budget. Billable tasks use the active cost catalog, and system admins can adjust per-task minimums, provider multipliers, fixed internal estimates, max credits, and plan applicability.
When To Regenerate
- The output is technically complete but not visually professional.
- The wrong brand kit was used.
- The image was stretched, cropped poorly, or has weak composition.
- The video has missing music, voiceover, captions, or timeline assets.
- Text is unreadable, outside safe zones, or not approved copy.
- A generated logo/vector mark is too generic or not usable.
