Terms of Service
Secant Studio is provided as an account-scoped commercial service for creating brand-safe campaign proof packs. Customers are responsible for uploaded source material, destination credentials, and compliance with downstream publishing rules.
Use of the service is tied to an authenticated account and the applicable trial, subscription, or commercial order form. Abuse controls, rate limits, account ceilings, generation credits, and billing gates are part of the service contract and may block usage when limits or billing requirements are not met.
Generated outputs, exports, and delivery attempts remain explicit system records. Secant Studio does not promise that every requested output will be supported, error-free, or suitable for regulated use without customer review.
