Privacy Policy
Secant Studio stores account, billing, project, campaign, asset, export, and delivery records as part of the explicit system-truth model. That data is used to operate the service, enforce account limits, and support auditability.
Uploaded files and generated outputs may be stored locally, in configured object storage, or in configured media-sync systems such as Immich when enabled. Billing state may include Stripe customer and subscription metadata when Stripe is the configured billing provider.
Account export and deletion requests are handled through the support channel so the platform can preserve required billing and operational records while processing the customer request explicitly.
