Secant Studio User Guide

This wiki is for end users: Agency Admins and Agency Members who create campaigns, manage brand kits, upload media, generate assets, review output, and export campaign materials. It intentionally excludes system-admin operations, infrastructure management, provider health dashboards, and training-pipeline administration.

Current product model: Secant Studio is a guided creative production workspace. You create or select a campaign, attach a brand kit and source assets, use Creative Director or project prompts to generate work, review the assets, and export approved outputs.
Public guide URL: The production Studio app serves this end-user guide at https://studio.secantos.com/user-guide/. The same files are synced into the web app during build from the repository's user-wiki/ source folder.
Current launch model: Secant Studio uses open self-serve signup for small agencies. New accounts start on a free limited Starter trial with 120 credits, 5 campaigns, 20 executions, 75 assets, and 2 seats. Starter does not auto-bill. Growth is $299/month, includes 600 monthly credits and 2 seats, supports up to 5 seats, and bills seats 3-5 at $25/seat/month through Stripe Checkout.

What Secant Studio Does

Campaign planning

Create campaigns, attach brand kits, upload source material, and use Creative Director to turn a brief into project deliverables.

Creative generation

Generate images, vectors, music, voiceovers, and videos from simple prompts. The app compiles prompts into structured creative instructions before execution.

Review and reuse

Preview finished assets, refine eligible images through InvokeAI, reuse assets across projects, approve campaign material, and export bundles.

Who This Guide Is For

User typeWhat they doWhat they do not do
Agency Admin Owns the workspace, manages campaigns and brand kits, accesses Studio Settings and Billing, reviews usage and exports. Does not use system-admin dashboards, provider operations pages, or backend deployment tools.
Agency Member Creates and edits campaign/project work, uploads assets, generates outputs, reviews media, and collaborates on deliverables. Does not manage billing and may not see admin-only workspace settings.
Client Viewer Reserved for read-only client-facing access where enabled. Not the main audience for this guide until client review flows are exposed as a first-class Studio workflow.

Primary User Flow

  2. Create or open a campaign.
  3. Create or select a brand kit.
  4. Upload source material such as logos, product images, lifestyle photos, camera assets, audio, or clips.

  7. Preview assets, refine image/vector assets where needed, and reuse approved media in the campaign.
  8. Export or download the finished proof pack, ZIP bundle, or CSV manifest.
  9. Use Social Publishing to connect posting accounts, generate editable post copy and hashtags, create drafts, schedule posts on the Day/Week/Month calendar, edit scheduled posts, publish, cancel, retry, or sync status.

  6. Open Export settings, then show project ZIP and CSV export actions.
  7. Select the logo/image asset and open Resize to show the social/video target list.
  8. Preview the MP4 asset and confirm the player stays open.
